Being a good digital citizenship is important for many reasons. We teach our students to use technology responsibly. Technology is a great tool when it can help you to grow, but it can be not so good when there are people on the internet who may mean you no good. We teach our students how to look out for good and bad places to go on the web and what personal information you should not share online. We instruct our students in school and monitor their usage and we invite parents to do the same at home.

It is extremely important that students take good care of their borrowed Chromebooks. These Chromebooks are on loan to students. If they damage it, they must notify their teacher immediately. They must take full responsiblity for damaged or lost Chromebooks. Many students have been taking care of their Chromebooks for years now and the Chromebook still works. Others have damaged their Chromebook one or more times. Telling a teacher what happened to their Chromebooks builds trust and responsibility.
